We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To access certain features of LearningAxis, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. If you are under 13 years of age, you must have parental consent to use our platform.

You agree to use LearningAxis only for lawful educational purposes. You may not use the platform to distribute harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.

In Study Chat rooms, you agree to communicate respectfully and constructively. Harassment, spam, and sharing of copyrighted material without permission are strictly prohibited.

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of our platform or AI systems.

LearningAxis offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

All content, features, and functionality of LearningAxis are owned by LearningAxis and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Content you create on our platform, including study notes and chat messages, remains yours. By posting content in shared spaces like Study Chat, you grant us a limited license to display that content to other users.

LearningAxis is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearningAxis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of account termination.
